You’ll sign a principal-agent agreement with Flent, giving us the rights to manage your property, find and vet tenants, and furnish the home. Once a tenant is found, a tripartite agreement between you, Flent, and the tenant is signed.
At the end of the lease, you can decide whether to renew or take your property back. If you choose the latter, we’ll return it in the exact condition it was handed over.
